What is established
Directly inspected from Liberty Mutual's official upload without audible playback. The official YouTube transcript was reconciled to retained frames and a local silent transcription pass.
iSpot dates the 30-second broadcast master September 30, two days before Liberty Mutual's October 2 YouTube publication. LiMu celebrates with Doug and several decorated emu guests; after making a wish, everyone imagines Doug as a giant sack of bird seed. The guest emus' identities and continuity with LiMu's previously depicted family remain unresolved.

Transcript
LiMu Emu... and Doug. Doug: Happy birthday to you! Doug: Even though you have everything you could ever want—helping people customize and save hundreds on car insurance with Liberty Mutual—make a wish. Doug: So, what did you wish for? [Doug transforms into a giant sack labeled Premium Bird Seed] Doug: Are you all imagining me as a big bag of bird seed again? Only pay for what you need. Liberty, Liberty, Liberty, Liberty.
